The Hengevelds, Missionaries to Japan, Visiting on Sunday, Feb. 11
Gordon & Julie Hengeveld, missionaries to Tokyo, Japan will lead us in worship on Sunday, Feb 11 through telling their story of God’s work. Gordon & Julie visited our church in January of 2015 and shared their call to ministry. Our church will once again have an opportunity to share in their ministry through our prayers, encouragement and financial support.
Gordon and Julie describe their vision for ministry in Tokyo:
"Our hope is that our Japanese friends will experience the presence of Jesus through our life and the life of the Japanese church with whom we minister so that those who are hurting will ultimately see the all-surpassing worth of Christ and follow Him to the fullest.”
