Learning the Way - Lent 2016
The season of Lent, which begins on Ash Wednesday and concludes with Easter, is has traditionally been a time of preparation for candidates to receive the sacrament of baptism. It has also been a time for baptized followers of Jesus to renew the promises made at their baptism. Baptism marks the beginning of the life of a follower of Jesus. During gathered worship this year during the season of Lent, we will focus on "Learning the Way" of Jesus as we prepare remember or receive our baptismal vows.
